In addition to the advantages of solid polyacrylamide flocculant, polyacrylamide emulsion also has the characteristics of charge density selectivity, fast dissolution rate, low energy consumption, storage and easy to use. Compared with traditional cationic polyacrylamide products, polyacrylamide emulsion is suitable for a wider range of pH value, higher charge stability, better flocculation effect, less dosage and a series of advantages. It is also suitable for the construction site without the installation of large dissolving device.

Polyacrylamide emulsion is widely used in a variety of domestic sewage, chemical wastewater, oilfield sewage, sludge dehydration treatment, paper and other fields, polyacrylamide oil-water emulsion is also widely used in urban domestic sewage treatment, brewery, amylery, food processing plant and other sewage treatment. It is especially suitable for flocculating sedimentation of organic suspended matter in acidic or slightly acidic sewage. Paper industry used as retention aid filter, paper sewage treatment. Oil industry can be used as drilling emulsion coating agent or oil removal agent.

Use process

1, before using cationic polyacrylamide emulsion products, should be shaken as far as possible;

2. During the dissolution operation, add the product while adding water. The dissolution concentration is recommended to be controlled at 1-5 ‰, and the curing time is about 15-25 minutes.

3, avoid the use of centrifugal pump and other high shear rotor pump, the best use of screw pump, diaphragm pump and other low shear pump;

4. The dissolving operation should be carried out in the groove of plastic, ceramic, stainless steel and other materials. The stirring speed should not be too large, without heating.

5, the prepared dilute solution should not be long, it is best to dissolve with use;

6, polyacrylamide emulsion and inorganic coagulant compound use of wastewater treatment, should first add inorganic coagulant, to appear obvious alum (generally separated by a time of 30-60 seconds or so), and then join this product, can not reverse the order, also can not be joined together.

Storage precautions of polyacrylamide emulsion

1. At room temperature, the storage period in a closed container is generally 6 months, and pay attention to avoid light;

2, small bucket storage should pay attention to regularly turn, shake, to achieve full mixing, prevent stratification;

3, with a large container storage, to install a can extend to the bottom of the container of the multi leaf stirring, open regularly, or install circulation pump, regularly play circulation mixing, to ensure sufficient mixing, prevent stratification.

4, the best storage temperature, 50-80 °F (10-27 °C), the product can not be frozen, otherwise it will affect its performance.

5. If the product freezes once, it should be moved to a place with a higher temperature to thaw it slowly. It should be fully mixed before use and filtered with a 100-purpose screen.
