Usage:
1. Shake the product as well as possible before using it;
2. When dissolving, add the product while adding water. The solution concentration is recommended to be controlled at 1-5 ‰, and the ripening time should be 15-25 minutes.
3, avoid the use of centrifugal pump and other high shear rotor pump, the best use of screw pump, diaphragm pump and other low shear pump;
4, the dissolution operation should be carried out in the plastic, ceramic, stainless steel and other materials of the tank, the stirring speed should not be too large, without heating. When adding non-ionic polyacrylamide solution, it should be quickly mixed with the treated liquid. After the occurrence of flocculation, the stirring speed should be slowed down to facilitate the growth of flocculation and accelerate the settlement. Generally, the amount of this product required to treat 1 ton of wastewater is less than 10 grams.
