Anionic PAM is mainly used in minerals selection, metallurgy, coal washing, food, steel, spinning and papermaking industry which involves separation of solid-liquid and waste water treatment. Anionic PAM can also be used for oil well and oil extraction in oil industry, and retention aids and intensifier in papermaking industry.
1. Product description
Anionic polyacrylamide PAM, is a water soluble polymer with molecular weight ranging from 8 million to 20 million. It can soluble in water in any proportion and insoluble in organic solvents.The effective PH range is 7 to 14.Using PAM can accelerate the settling of particles in suspension, accelerate the solution clarification obviously, and promote the filtration. It is mainly used for flocculation, sedimentation and clarification of various industrial wastewater, such as steel mill wastewater, electroplating factory wastewater, metallurgical wastewater, coal washing wastewater, sewage treatment, sludge dewatering, etc. It can also be used for clarification and purification of drinking water.

Good water solubility and can be completely dissolved in cold water.
Add a small amount of this product, you can get great flocculation effect.Generally, it only needs to add 0.01~10ppm (0.01~10g/m3) to give full play to the effect.

3. Method of use
Due to the high molecular weight and strong viscosity of anionic polyacrylamide, the standard of anionic ratio concentration is 1‰ (the concentration can be appropriately adjusted according to the turbidity of sewage.Turbidity is high and concentration is low.Turbidity is low, generally can increase its dosage, but do not change its concentration is better, otherwise easy to affect the pipeline smooth).The molecular chain of PAM will break and degrade under the action of shear force in the solution, affecting its performance. Therefore, the agitation time should be reduced as much as possible to reduce the agitation intensity during the dissolution and dilution of PAM.Generally, the stirring speed should be controlled at 50-250 RPM to reduce the stirring speed, not too fast.When using PAM solution, dosing point should avoid strong mechanical stirring as much as possible.Conveying PAM solution, the pipeline should be thick, variable head and branch pipe to less, the best choice of conveying pump mono pump or diaphragm pump, and do not choose centrifugal pump.
4. Package and storage
25kg, 200kg, 1000kg packaging or negotiated packaging, sealed at room temperature and kept away from light, to avoid long-term exposure to extreme cold and hot environment, product shelf life of 1 year.
