The characteristics of spray - dried polyaluminium chloride (PAC) depend on the operation principle of the pressure spray. The spray polyaluminium chloride is atomized into small particles when it is dried. This particle form has good application performance. Polyaluminium chloride is water soluble material, has good thermal stability and high solubility, in the process of drying, the 40-50% of aluminium chloride solution into a high pressure pump, through the pressure into the atomizer in the dryer after atomization, dispersed into tiny droplets, droplets are granular products after drying, drying and granulating completed at the same time.

Spray production not only dries polyaluminum chloride but also reduces it to tiny particles. Polyaluminum chloride is a water-soluble substance with good thermal stability and solubility.
Application method of spray drying polyaluminium chloride
Users can determine the appropriate dosage according to different water quality and different terrain, through the test of dispensing drug concentration.
1. Liquid products can be placed directly or diluted. Solid products need to be dissolved and diluted before placing. Determine the dilution amount based on the water quality and product quantity to be treated. The dilution ratio is 2-20% for solid products and 5-50%(depending on weight) for liquid products.
2, liquid product dosage is 3-40g/ton, solid dosage is 1-15g/ton, the specific dosage is subject to flocculation test and experiment.
3. The acidity of spray polyaluminium chloride is lower than that of other inorganic flocculants.
