Therefore, the spraying paint needs to add a kind of low viscosity thinner or to add a type of leveling promoter to meet this painting requirement, the introduction of the additives can make the paint more symmetrical and more convenient to use, but at the same time, will not change the original properties of the paint itself.
The dosage of the aninoic flocculant in different applications as the thickening agent
1. In the kitchen detergent, the laundry detergent, the washing liquid and the other detergent, the conventional proportion is 1 % ~ 1.5%.
2. In the mortar for the water conservation, the conventional dosage is 4 kg to 8 kg per metric ton.
3. For the putty powder tackifier and water retention, the conventional dosage is 5 kg to 10 kg per metric ton.
4. In the construction glue, the conventional dosage is 3 kg to 10 kg per metric ton.
5. For the thickening, the viscosity promotion and the water retention of the paint, the conventional dosage is 3 kg to 10 kg per metric ton.
Using method of the Polyacrylamide
Before using, the solid polyacrylamide should be dissolved into the solution with the concentration at 0.1% to 0.5%, in order to speed up the effectiveness of the polyacrylamide. In the dissolution process, you need to stir the water in the dissolving tank while paying strict attention to the adding of the solids, that is to make sure the uniform spreading of the polyacrylamide into the water, without generating the solid polyacrylamide blocks in the water.
Since in the dissolving process, the long time and severe stirring may damage the performance of the polyacrylamide, the recommended stirring speed of the mixer to dissolve the polyacrylamide should be around 20 rpm to 200 rpm.
Since if the polyacrylamide solution stands for long time, its performance will be reduced gradually based on the water quality situation, the aqueous solution should be used in three days after it is modulated.
