According to the nature of suspended substance, concentration and flocculation polyacrylamide coagulation performance, precipitation can be divided into: natural precipitation, flocculation precipitation, regional precipitation. The concentration of suspended particles in the domain precipitation is higher (more than 5000mg/L), and the sedimentation of particles is affected by other surrounding particles. Precautions
1. Contact personnel shall wear protective equipment when using polyacrylamide emulsion, and skin contact parts shall be washed with clean water immediately.
2. The operation site should be cleaned in time to prevent slipping and falling.
Use the process editor to broadcast
1, before using cationic polyacrylamide emulsion products, should be shaken as well as possible;
2. During the dissolution operation, add this product while adding water. The dissolution concentration is recommended to be controlled at 1-5 ‰, and the ripening time is about 15-25 minutes.
3, avoid the use of centrifugal pump and other high shear rotor pump, the best use of screw pump, diaphragm pump and other low shear pump;
4, the dissolution operation should be carried out in the groove of plastic, ceramic, stainless steel and other materials, stirring speed should not be too large, without heating.
5, the prepared dilute solution should not be long, it is best to dissolve with use;
6, polyacrylamide emulsion and inorganic coagulant compound use of wastewater treatment, should be added to the inorganic coagulant, to appear obvious alum (generally separated by a time of 30-60 seconds or so), and then join this product, can not reverse the order, also can not be joined together.
