Anionic polyacrylamide with AMPS monomer used for water treatment and oilfield

 

1, product characteristics: anionic polyacrylamide series products are high degree of polymerization synthesis of aqueous linear polymer, soluble in water, almost insoluble in benzene, ether, lipids, acetone and other general organic solvents. It has flocculation, thickening, shear, drag reduction, dispersion and other valuable properties. Therefore, it is widely used in oil extraction, mineral processing, coal washing, metallurgy, chemical industry, paper making, textile, sugar, medicine, environmental protection, building materials, agriculture and other industries.

 

2. (1) Oil displacement agent for tertiary oil recovery in oil fields: it can adjust the rheology of injected water, increase the driving fluid, improve the sweep efficiency of water flooding, reduce the permeability of water phase in the formation, so that water and oil can flow forward at a uniform speed. Its role in oil exploitation is mainly used in the field of three times of oil recovery, each injection of a ton of polymer polyacrylamide products, can produce about 100-150 tons of crude oil.

 

(2), drilling mud material: in the exploration and development of oil fields and geological water conservancy coal exploration, used as an additive of drilling mud material, can improve the service life of the bit, improve the drilling rate and footage, reduce the plugging when changing drilling, anti collapse effect is obvious. It can also be used as fracturing fluid in oil field and plugging agent for profile control and water plugging.

 

(3), industrial wastewater treatment: especially for suspended particles, coarse, high concentration, particles with cationic, water PH value is neutral or alkaline sewage, steel plant wastewater, electroplating plant wastewater, metallurgical wastewater, coal washing wastewater and other sewage treatment, the best effect.

 

(4), drinking water treatment: many tap water plants in our country from rivers, high sediment and mineral contents, relatively turbidity, although through precipitation filtration, still cannot meet the requirements, the need to add flocculant. In the past, inorganic flocculant was used in waterworks, but the adding amount was large, resulting in bad effect of increasing sludge volume. Anionic polyacrylamide is used as flocculant, the dosage is 1/50 of inorganic flocculant, but the effect is several times of inorganic flocculant, even dozens of times. For the river water with serious organic pollution and cationic polyacrylamide use better.

 

Note: Paper additives: paper industry can be used as caustic soda clarification, retention aid, filter aid, paper wet and dry strength enhancer. Used in the sugar industry as a clarifying agent for sugar juice

3, packaging and storage: The product packaging is 25KG paper-plastic composite bag. Can also be packaged according to user needs. Dry powder products exposed for a long time will absorb moisture clumps, should be stored in a cool ventilated dry place.
