Using the process
1, before using cationic polyacrylamide emulsion products, should be shaken as far as possible;
2. When dissolving, add water while adding this product. The dissolution concentration is recommended to be controlled at 1-5 ‰, and the curing time is about 15-25 minutes.
3, when conveying to avoid the use of centrifugal pump and other high shear rotor pump, the best use of screw pump, diaphragm pump and other low shear pump;
4, the dissolution operation should be carried out in plastic, ceramic, stainless steel and other materials of the tank, stirring speed should not be too large, without heating.
5, the prepared dilute solution should not be stored for a long time, it is best to dissolve with use;
6, polyacrylamide emulsion and inorganic coagulant compound use of wastewater treatment, should be added to the inorganic coagulant, to appear obvious alum (generally separated by about 30-60 seconds), then add this product, can not reverse the order, also can not be added together at the same time.
Precautions for polyacrylamide emulsion storage
1, at room temperature, in closed container storage period is generally 6 months, and pay attention to avoid light;
2, small bucket storage should pay attention to regular turning, shaking, to achieve full mixing, prevent stratification;
3. When storing with a large container, install a multi-leaf stirring that can be extended to the bottom of the container, open regularly, or install a circulating pump to beat circulation stirring regularly, to ensure full mixing and prevent stratification.
4, the best storage temperature is, the product can not be frozen, otherwise it will affect its performance.
5, if the product once frozen phenomenon, will be moved to a high temperature place, make it slowly thaw, before use to fully mix, and 100 mesh screen filter.
