High viscosity of anionic polyacrylamide used for construction bored piling(A4030) 

Polyacrylamide (Pam) is an organic polymer flocculant, which can be divided into anionic polyacrylamide,

 cationic polyacrylamide, ionic polyacrylamide and amphoteric ion polyacrylamide according to ionic type.

 Everyone knows that they play an important role in wastewater treatment, is an efficient wastewater treatment

 agent, in paper making, coal washing, mineral processing, textile, printing and dyeing, feed processing,

 Petrochemical, biomedical, urban sewage treatment and other industries have a wide range of applications.

It is mainly used as drilling fluid in drilling. 

1)  polyacrylamide has strong flocculation property, can be flocculated in the drilling process of mud, 

cuttings, the formation of large flocculation mass, convenient for the bottom 

2) In addition to flocculation ,polyacrylamide also has good viscosity and rheology, can lubricate the 

drill bit and the drill pipe in the drilling process, reduce the stomach rubbing, reduce the resistance,

 improve the drilling speed and reduce the drilling cost. 

3)Polyacrylamide can protect the sol particles in drilling fluid by multi-point adsorption, glue protection

and air plugging, prevent the filtrate from entering the formation to cause clay water expansion and

prevent the shaft wall from collapsing.

4) In the process of drilling, due to the geological structure, the drilling fluid will be leaked, so the 

polyacrylamide gel can be used to plug the fracture and loose rock stratum.
