Anionic flocculant of OPTIMER 9901 can be replaced by Chinafloc A3517

OPTIMER 9901 is a kind of anionic flocculant with medium hydrolysis degree and high molecualr witht ,it maybe used as a flocculant in the clarification of beet sugar juice and or liquor or corn starch hydrolyzate in an amount not to exceed 5 ppm by weight of the juice or 10 ppm by weight of liquor or corn starch hydrolyzate.our model of Chinafloc A3517-PWG can replace of this model

Drinking water grade FLOCCULANTis mainly be used in raw water treatment, sugar making, fermentation etc. FLOCCULANTcan be added in raw water for the purpose of settling and flocculating, which can effectively reduce the additive quantity of poly-aluminum, thus avoiding producing too much sludge. Recommended products: A2517PWG, A3517PWG. In sugar making industry, FLOCCULANT is efficient in the flocculating and precipitating of bagasse from sugar solution. After the treatment, clear sugar solution will be obtained. Recommended brand: A2517PWG. Choose PAC and FLOCCULANT mixture for the separation and purification of sugar syrup for the best effect. Recommended brands: A2517PWG, A3517PWG. In fermentation industry, FLOCCULANTcan be used in the recycling of solid content from diluted thin stillage water separated from alcohol. Recommended brands: A2517PWG, A3517PWG; In the fermentation process, it is advisable to use FLOCCULANT as a flocculant that will remarkably improve the liquid-solid separation performance. Recommended brand: C4008PWG.

Usage and dosage: 

A.The solution concentration of these products perform best at 0.1-0.4%, prepared with clean, fresh water.

B.When being dissolved, sprinkle anionic flocculant product evenly into the water, adjust the stirring speed to 50 ~ 200rpm.  Heat if necessary (< 60℃), to accelerate the product dissolution.

C.Through lab experimentation adjust the Ph value of the solution to be treated for best results with anionic flocculant.

D.If flocs occur when the anionic flocculant product is mixed with the solution to be treated, slow the stirring speed to promote the growth of floccs and accelerate settling.
